Menu Plan Monday

I'm back on my diet after a 9 month roller coaster of confusion. That hiatus set me back 20 lbs. *mad face* But I'm on day 5 and so far so good! Everything listed below is low carb.

Monday: Chicken Salad

Tuesday: Buffalo wings w/ zucchini fries

Wednesday: Ginger chicken Stir Fry
To Do: Make coconut flour rolls for Thursday

Thursday: Grocery day. Crockpot swiss steak w coconut flour rolls

Friday: Chicken Nuggets w/ zucchini fries
To Do: Make chips for Nachos on Saturday

Saturday: Nachos
To Do: Make crust for pizza on Sunday

Sunday: LC stuffed-crust pizza
